Dalit employees' and Pensioners' Association Kerala is a non political welfare Organisation of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Employees in Government,Quasy Government, Banking, Insurance, Devaswom Board and Private Sector in Kerala.

The unification and Empowerment of Dalits are the main Objectives of The organisation. The organisation stands for the welfare and protection of the constitutional Rights of Dalit Employees and Pensioners,the pay to back the society is also the prime moto of The Organisation.

The Association upholds the Philosophy and the values of Renaissance Movement of India.It is also indebted to the values and ideas of Socio-Cultural Renaissance Movement of last century. As far as the Association is concerned the follow up of the Renaissance Movement of Dalits the of India is the very essencial for the the upliftment and Liberation of Dalits of India, particularly Kerala.

The Association is also dedicated for the propagation of Dr. Ambedkar's phylosophy and upliftment of Dalits.
